I’m Practicing Patience. Again.
Deja vu. I know. The blog ate this post last night. So I’m reposting.
Unfortunately, I can’t get it all back. I’m talking about all my old posts, of course.
But it’s okay. I haven’t died yet.
So I just look at it as a practice in patience as I try every whichway to get my posts imported properly.
And in other news, I’m also practicing patience because I’m still finishing up homeschool with my 3rd grader.
*gasp* I know, right?
We’ve had summer fun here and there, but we were just so behind because of moving and all at the beginning of the year, we just couldn’t finish in time for summer vacay.
So we are still trudging on.
We both hate the fact that we can’t just do nothing all day, but we have to finish.
Good news though. We only have math left! Yay!
Technically speaking, we’re almost done!
And when we DO finish, 4th grade will start!
*sigh* I’m trying not to look too far ahead.
I’m practicing patience. Hold me.
Finally, for a bit more fun, I’m joining up Hilary and the gang for this week’s 4 Fill In Fun
This week’s statements:
1. I don’t have a lot of patience. But I’m working on it!
2. When it is a gloomy sort of day, I hate when it gets spoiled by the sun showing up. Gloomy days are perfect for getting my poetry mood started. Plus they make sipping hot coffee even more heavenly.
3. When I was little, my dream job was to be a stewardess/flight attendant/movie star/pilot/doctor/olympic gymnast. I’m not even joking. (Stop laughing.)
4. I could write a book about my childhood in the Philippines. But my memory’s not so good. I’d end up making stuff up just to pretend I really did have a childhood. Wait…actually…that might be a good idea for a book…maybe…
Or I could write about losing my blog.
Oh wait. I just did. Moving on…
