Yes, it’s Star Wars Day today.  And if you’re a fan of this iconic film, then you know that the title for my post is a pun on “May the Force Be With You.”

Speaking of force, let’s talk about energy.  After all, according to Merriam-Webster, force is “…strength or energy exerted or brought to bear…”

Energy, my dear friends, is exactly what I’m lacking these days.

Oh, let me count the ways that energy is quickly depleted from me – physically and mentally.

Just kidding.  I won’t bore with stuff you can probably already guess just by knowing that I’m a mother 4 kids – the youngest being a 5 month, exclusively breastfed baby.

It won’t be a surprise to you, then, that when we talk about energy, I get to show you this:
