I have a lot of passions.  But I don’t have the time to do them all.

Volleyball is my passion.  It has always been my sport.  I’m competitive by nature, and I love the challenge.  If there’s such a thing, I’d say I get at volleyballer’s highwhenever I play.

Drawing is my passion.  I’m not the most talented artist, but I can draw better than an average person.  It’s something that requires patience, an eye for details, and the ability to see the bigger picture ahead of time.  I love that I can do that.

Scrapbooking is my passion.  Taking photos and creatively arranging them in an aesthetic way, while using different elements, is very fun.  I think it requires a unique set of skills to scrapbook because it has to NOT look like a jumbled mess in the end.

But Volleyball, Drawing, and Scrapbooking all require A LOT of time.  Something this mom of 4 just does not a whole lot of right now.

SO I turn to my other two other passions – POETRY and WRITING.  These I can do right now.

Poetry is my passion.  As long as I have heart, I can make poetry.

Writing is my passion.  Because my words matter to me.
